At Melba India, we strive to offer premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
A clear image or video proof of the issue is submitted at the time of raising the return request
The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

📌 Returns without proper image or video proof will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
Products with missing original packaging, seals, or tags
Used, altered, or partially consumed products
Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

3. Return Approval Process

Once a return request is submitted with proper proof, our team will review it within 1–2 business days
If approved, you will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp
Return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared accordingly

4. Refund Policy

Upon approval of the return request, the refund will be initiated within 3 working days
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take 5–7 working days to reflect

📌 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from Melba India.

5. Replacement Option

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability and customer preference.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it
