Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Melba offers a Buy Back Policy on eligible jewellery purchases.

What is the Buy Back Value?

Customers may return eligible jewellery and receive 70% of the prevailing silver market value on the date of return, subject to Melba's Buy Back Terms and Conditions.

Can I exchange my jewellery for another design?

Yes. Eligible jewellery can be exchanged for another jewellery item available at Melba.

When can I exchange my jewellery?

Exchange requests are accepted only after a minimum holding period of 6 months from the original date of purchase.

What proof of purchase is required for Buy Back or Exchange?

A valid Melba purchase bill is mandatory. Customers may provide either:

  • Soft Copy Invoice, or
  • Original Manual Bill

Is Buy Back or Exchange available without a bill?

No. A valid Melba purchase invoice is required for all Buy Back and Exchange requests.

Can I return my jewellery for a refund?

Melba currently offers Buy Back and Exchange facilities as per the applicable policy. Refund requests are subject to our terms and conditions.

Are your designs unique?

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
